New regulations on public apartments renting have been released

　　As the preliminary constrution of apartments for public renting have been put into use in Ji’nan , now nearly 60,000 apartments are expected to be rent in the following years. New Regulations on Public Apartments Renting have been released recently to make some problems clear.The regulation mention that the longest rental period will be five years ,1 year is the shortest.Besides property service will no less than the standard of “three stars”and the propery service fee will be charged according to its service standard.
