17 drunk drivers can be tested in Ji’nan on the average.

　　This year is the five-year anniversary of the “criminal law imposed harsher punishment on drunk drivers”.1.6 million drivers have been checked by the breath testing during the five years, nearly every driver has been tested according to the total number of the testing . During these five years ,27914 light drunk driving and 3921 drunk driving have been investigated .The drunk drivers has been punished with the criminal responsibility. Though the number of drunk drivers have been increased ,considering the huge surge in new drivers and vehicles ,the proportion of the drunk drivers has been declined apparently.
