¥100：the registration fee in public hospitals.

　　The long queue of patients was waiting for the doctor’s diagnosis, the two doctors were busy with so many patients. This was what the reporter saw at the “convenient outpatient service” at 11:00 a.m. on June 29th in Qi Lu Hospital.“There was no queue here before June 1st but there are queues here everyday. We even have no time to drink ”,the doctor says. The doctor thinks that there are 25% more patients at the convenient outpatient service daily now than before.

　　Why is such a rising number of physician visits at present? Because of the health care reform starts from June 1st in public hospitals, some doctor analyses. The June 1st Reform sets up ¥1 outpatient service fee for the patients who don’t need a new therapeutic schedule or just need a chronic regular inspection or who just need to buy medicines from the hospital. On the other hand the fee of outpatient service is expensive, ¥25 for an expert doctor’s diagnosis ,so many patients who originally wanted to ask for an expert doctor’s service choose the convenient outpatient service.
