It is hoped to cancel the limit of property-buying and settling down in Ji’nan

　　On August 8th the situation briefing conference of “promoting the rural population to integrate into the city life” was held by Shandong province people’s political consultative conference. Shandong Public Security Agency will direct both Ji’nan and Qingdao to issue the new reform of household registration system in which many limit of transferring the agricultural population will be lowered or canceled, such as canceling the restrictions of property-buying, investment and tax and the point system. Meanwhile the setting up conditions of the collective registered permanent residence will be loosened; the community collective registered permanent residence will be set up , creating the settling down conditions for the transferred agricultural population who wants to rent a house in the cities and towns.
