Stipulations Referring to “sealing the land”: Ji’nan

　　Recently “The Opinions On Transferring and Standardizing Management of the Using Right of the State-owned Construction Land (On a Trial Basis) ”has been issued by Ji’nan government ,saying “NO” officially to the behavior of “sealing the land” after getting the land. The “Opinion” puts forward clearly that “the assignees should start the construction on the land within one year from the date of the delivery and complete the construction in three years”.
