The blacklist of telecom fraud will be set up

　　The strategic cooperation agreement has been signed between Ji’nan Police and the third party payment company today. Blacklist library of payment with stolen credit cards and telecom fraud will be set up and as an experimental unit, this business will be expanded to the other third party payment companies to perfect the financial payments in Ji’nan.
