　　Shandong Higher Court gives the second judgment on house and land acquisition by Lixia District Government to build the CBD according to Chinese Law, judging the project is legal, the main body of the house acquisition is legal, the procedure of the acquisition is legal, the acquisition standard is legal. The Higher Court has rejected the appeal and affirm the original judgment.
