Periodical victory has been achieved: the poverty relief and development

　　On Oct.17th , the third national poverty relief day, we look back to the poverty relief work which centers in account, routes with “N+ poverty relief” policy, getting together many forces ,integrating policies and measures ,perfecting establishing archives, enforcing supervision to achieve the periodical success by now.
