Corporate governance structure will be established in the academies of the public hospitals.

　　Recently Shandong Government has issued the “Construction of Corporate Governance Structure and Implementation Plan in the Public Hospitals”, “Construction of Corporate Governance Structure of the Academies and Implementation Plan in the Public Hospitals”, “The Assessment Methods to Assess The Corporate Governance Structure in the Provincial Institutions (Trial Implementation)”in which require that the corporate governance structure should by established in 500 public hospitals and academies and institutions in Shandong Province by the end of June,2017.
