1 meter higher: the underground water level of Baotu Spring

　　After the underground water level of Baotu Spring dropped bwlow 29 meters on October 12th , it has kept at a relative stable situation .Now the underground water level of Baotu Spring and Heihu Spring are maintaining at 28.91 meters , 4cm lower than that on October 12th ,according to the detection of the water conservancy agency. As the spring experts say that the relative water level in autumn will keep the water level at a stable situation and the pressure of spring protection in 2017 will be smaller than the first two years.
