The special plate for the new-energy vehicles.

　　Don’t feel so strange when you see the green six-number vehicle plate on the road from next month. According to the unified deployment of the Ministry of Public Security the experimental special vehicle plate for new-energy vehicles will be used in Ji’nan and four cities of southern China from December 1st .That is to say from December 1st the new-bought new-energy vehicles can get their special green plate when they are registered , and for the new-energy vehicles that have the old plate can choose to use the original plate or the special plate.
