On the middle of the three-year financial planning and annual budgeting work conference held on December 29th , Yin Qingzhong, the director of the Finance Bureau of Ji’nan has issued the financial planning for the next year in which the pay efforts will be transferred increasingly in Ji’nan and at the same time the counties and districts with certain financial strength are encouraged to centralize part of the financial strength to help implementing issuing of the salary ,allowance and subsidies of the poor financial counties and districts .
