Ji’nan and Qingdao will continue to tighten the housing loan policy

　　How to adjust and control the real estate prices? Which cities need to reduce the housing inventory? The provincial government work report issued on February 6th mentioned that the housing adjustment and control policies , the house inventory reducing policies and the strict limit on banks’ and social capital flowing to the speculative house buying will be continued to be strictly carried out meaning that the housing loan policies in the cities without so much pressure on reducing the housing inventory, like Ji’nan and Qingdao will continued to be tightened.
