　　Recently the joint application public service hotline project between Ji’nan , China and Vestra City, Sweden has been authorized officially by ICLD, the international center of local democracy, Sweden , marking this Ji’nan public hotline has gone out of the country officially with the hand power and the brand image and laid the foundation of the international public service hotline.
