New land auction policy in Ji’nan.

　　On June 21st Ji’nan land agency has adjusted the exiting land policy by the principle of “increase the total amount, control the hot spot, supply the land in balance” aiming to further implement policies related to the regulation of the real estate market and to promote a stable and healthy development of this market. What’s more this adjustment has raised the threshold of the bidding margin as well as limited the ceiling price of the hot urban areas where the land usage land is in the auction in a bid to guide a rational bidding for the realestate business to control premium rate and the new “land king”.
