Points deducted : 30,000 vehicles not inspected during three successive periods

　　Over 30,000 vehicles including 29865 small cars (96% ) and 1262 big cars that are not inspected during three successive periods have been scrapped forcibly. ¥200 will be fined and three points will be deducted for the drivers who haven’t have their vehicle inspected within the inspection time. What’s more, vehicles that reach the scrapping standard will be detained ,scrapped forcibly and the driving licenses will be dismissed ,¥2000 will be fined.
