"The most severe shutdown order" issued detailed rules in the heating season

　　To ensure the major livelihood project and the key project construction boost orderly, our city made the relevantly detailed rules on the base of "the most severe shutdown order", which had already been issued in winter. The rules have determined the application range and the handling procedures of earthwork project, and stressed that the unqualified dust management during the construction must be order to stop work until March 15, 2018.
