Ji’nan traffic police starts video capture battle.

　　From tomorrow Ji’nan traffic police will start a “safe driving, safe outing” normalized video battle key against drivers who answer phone, smoke ,eat and drink or throw items to the roads or use mobile phones in hand-held mode(such as send short messages, use Wechat or play phone games) or unpolite driving behaviors against safe driving(such as using pad).
