No more a medical card but a smart phone for seeing a doctor

　　Do you have a pile of medical cards at home? Do you worry about waiting in a queue for seeing a doctor? On June 26th morning the starting ceremony of Shandong & Ji’nan electronic medical card is held, marking the new era of seeing a doctor without a paper-based medical records is coming.

　　“It is so convenient to see a doctor without waiting in a queue for registering and paying and my previous medical record is here.” Mrs Li, a Ji’nan people says when she gets an e-card on the card-handling machine and registers in Ji’nan Maternity and Child Care Hospital. Ji’nan Maternity and Child Care Hospital, No.5 Ji’nan Hospital, Huaiyin Hospital, Shunyu Community Health Service Center , Xingfu Street Community Health Service Center and Wujiapu Community Health Service Center are known to handle the e-card which can realize making an appointment, signature, diagnosis and treatment, prescription, paying and taking a report .
