Qilu Pastry Cake Culture and Craftmanship Research Center is founded.

　　On August 10th Qilu Pastry Cake Culture and Craftmanship Research Center jointly set up by Institute of Pastry Cake of China Food Newspaper and Yikang Food Factory Co., LTD was founded and 7 experts of pastry cake industry were hired to become the invited researchers. “Qilu Soft Mooncakes”, one of the representative works of Yikang Food Factory which is dedicated to promoting the Qilu pastry culture and the development of Qilu pastry industry has been listed in the intangible cultural heritage of Shandong Province. Seminar of Yilisi Mooncakes, 2018 was also held on that day.
