Pile foundation construction of the second phase of “three venues ”project is completed

　　Recently the pile foundation construction of the second phase of “three venues” project, the key component of Shandong Culture and Art Center located on the crossing of Lashan River East Road and Xingfuci Road is completed and the follow-up work is progressing in order. The total planned land of the second phase project is known to cover 4.65 hectares, 210,000 ㎡ of total building area, 6 floors of annex podiums and 34 floors of a tower building. In shape, the second phase uses the same outer material of steel structure as the first phase, including business offices, five-star hotels, a commercial complex, an IMAX cinema which can hold 450 persons at the same time, underground garages and equipment rooms. The whole project is expected to reach the conditions of delivery by 2021.
