The reporter learns from Ji’nan Emergency Command Office for Heavily Polluted Air that the orange warning for heavily polluted air has been issued on 6:30 p.m., November 22nd according to the interconnected arrangement between regions and the requirements of Shandong Environmental Protection Department , level Ⅱ emergency response will start on the midnight of 23rd .
Influenced by adverse weather conditions and emissions from winter heating , heavily pollutedweather is expected to appear in Beijing-Tianjin- Hebei and the regions around from November 23rd to 26th , according to the discussion result of China Environmental Monitoring Headquarters and the provincial environmental monitoring centers of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the regions around. More than three days of heavy pollution weather will visit most cities of Shandong Province. Besides, another regional heavy pollution weather will appear since November 28th .
