New regulations for renting housing in Ji’nan

　　Recently implementation opinions on cultivating and developing the house rental market of Ji’nan has been issued by the general office of the municipal government , encouraging renting idle and inefficient industrial workshops , commercial housing and office buildings of state-owned enterprises or organizations which comply with fire control and structure regulations after approvals according to relative procedures. Besides, no more than 2 persons are allowed to live in a single rental room (except the relationship of statutory obligations of supporting, upbringing or fostering ) and the single practical area is no less than 6㎡.
