　　On December 17th the first batch of new energy online hauling vehicles drove on the road with the license for 15 days of inner test after which they will be on the road. The starting price is set to 9 yuan but free for the first bill at present for encouraging more people to have a try and more bonus in the future. It is known that the operating cost of new energy vehicle is only equivalent to 1/3 of fuel cars.
