Quancheng Library Alliance sets up.

　　Books from 30 libraries including Shandong Library , universities and colleges in Ji’nan and 300 community library branches can be shared with a library card on the library service network.

　　Ji’nan Sharing Library era is coming as Quancheng Library Alliance is set up on December 25th from which previous signal library is integrated into one city, one library , from separate service to co-built alliance, providing different reading experience to Ji’nan people.
