　　The 56-year-old bridge structure of the east bridge of the moat south gate bridge is under reinforcement construction where precast box culvert will be buried to connect east and west beneath the bridge. At that time people can directly walk from Heihu Spring to Quancheng Square on the slow lane along the moat.
