Heaviest Blizzard at Beginning of Winter in 70 Years.

　　Thanks to the strong cold air, the first snow of Ji’nan this year turned into the blizzard on November 7th when it was the Beginning of Winter(the 19th solar term).The snowfall in the urban area has made the record of the heaviest snowfall in early November since 1951 when the meteorological record started.
