Shandong Housing Maintenance Fund Management Regulation to be implemented

　　Shandong Housing Special Maintenance Fund Management Regulation solicited for opinions at the end of last year, it was jointly launched by 4 departments including Shandong Provincial Housing and Urban-rural Development Department, Shandong Provincial Finance Department, Shandong Provincial Civil Affairs Department and Shandong Provincial Government Offices Administration. The clauses are officially confirmed that bidding to preserve and increase the value of the maintenance fund, resorting to annuity if negative votes are less than a third, etc. The regulation will be officially implemented from May 1st, 2015.

　　Maintenance fund management organization should ensure the normal operation of the maintenance fund. Moreover, it should guarantee the safety, preserve and increase the value of the fund, by means of time deposit, buying national debts issued on the first market, etc.
