By end of this August, Jinan Individual Housing Information System has been basically set up and running. Jinan is the first pilot city setting up this system and conveying individual housing information to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Housing Property Registration Center of Jinan City introduced that the system covers individual housing information of all residents in Jinan from urban area to other regions within the jurisdiction. When logining in with authorization, the housing information for any Jinan resident is clearly listed, and examiner can quickly and easily check whether the resident owns housing estate; The number of housing estate the resident has; The location of the resident's housing estate; Size of housing estate; whether it is commodity house, self-constructed house or policy housing. When National Individual Housing Information System is established, the housing information of Jinan resident and his family can also be searched on the internet when he/she buy house in other cities.
