100 State-owned Kindergartens to Emerge in Jinan

To cope with the difficulty of kindergarten enrollment, Jinan city will implement construction, reconstruction and expansion projects of 100 state-run or state-owned kindergartens. So far 70% of the major tasks have all been accomplished. The whole project is scheduled to be finished at the end of the year. All the new kindergartens will come up to the basic standards at provincial level. 65% children of school-age will have chance to enter state-run or state-owned kindergartens near their homes.
