Lithuania-Shandong Province Business Forum was Opened

　　Lithuania-Shandong Province Business Forum was held in Jinan on July 11. Mr.Rolandas Krisciunas, Vice Foreign Minister of Lithuania and Ms. Lina Antanaviciene, Lithuanian Ambassador to China led a delegation and attended the forum, and Vice Governor Xia Geng delivered a speech on the opening ceremony.

　　Vice Governor Xia mentioned, Shandong and Lithuania are embracing valuable historic opportunities to expand business cooperation, and this forum offers a platform for understanding investment environment and policies and planning concrete steps for the benefit of mutual trust and win-win.

　　Lithuania is a major country in the Baltic region. The foreign trade volume between Shandong and Lithuania hit 107 million US dollars in 2012 and continues to grow this year. About 50 Shandong companies in energy, transportation, electromechanical and chemical areas attended the forum.
