　　Governor Guo Shuqing Met with British Ambassador H.E.Mr.James Sebastian Wood

　　Governor Guo Shuqing met with H.E.Mr.James Sebastian Wood,Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the U.K. to China. Mr. Guo extended warm welcome to the delegation. He said the U.K. is developed in financial service industry and having advanced experiences and products. Shandong is an econmic giant in China with large population. Therefore, there is great potential for both sides in cooperation on finance, trade, investment, labour forces, and etc. Shandong and the U.K. shall expand business exchange and promote collaboration in finance, infrastructure and urban planning.

　　Ambassador Wood expressed his willingness to push bilatural relations forward and participate in the reform and developing process of Shandong. He recommended to tighten governmental dialogues and expand exchange on finance, environmental protection, education and others.
