Shandong to implement points system for residence register

　　It is learnt from the executive meeting of the provincial government that Shandong will release opinion on further promote the reform of household registration system, to accelerate the citizenization of permanent population who are able to obtain employment and live a life in the urban areas. Jinan and Qingdao are going to fully loosen the residence register restrictions for graduates with bachelor's degree or above. In the meantime, Jinan and Qingdao have been exploring to implement points system for residence register, scientifically formulate channel and standard for residence register of immigrant population with stable legal accommodation (including retal accommodation) and steady legal jobs.
