Speeding up; the 2017 government procurement.

Now the government procurement is speeding up after its reform. So many measures of reducing the government’s procurement right ,giving more independence to relative units ,have been taken to improve efficiency, in response to public demands. From 2017 the “direct train” procurement system, a quick procurement system will begin, cutting seven examining and approving procedures to make the procurement easier and more flexible.
